Founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife duo Greta and Darrell McChesney, Team Iowa is a family-owned promotional marketing firm based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Before launching Team Iowa, Greta and Darrell spent 15 years working in Greta’s family business, gaining in-depth industry knowledge and hands-on experience. Over the years, their own daughters, Mika and Jourdan, have joined the team—Mika serving as Office and Production Manager, and Jourdan leading Marketing and Events—making Team Iowa a truly family-driven company.
